Many agencies have expanded their services to include wind and solar industry recruitment. Agencies are also releasing content from experts talking about the future of oil and gas, and the options workers have if the industry does not recover soon enough to stay relevant. Transferable skills analysis and additional training are some of the other services provided by oil and gas recruitment agencies during this unprecedented time.
