How is corporate training organized?

Corporate training companies in India offer both online and offline training.

The main difference between online and offline training is the location. Online training can be conducted from anywhere in the world. The participants simply need to log in and participate in the training. On the other hand, participants have to travel to the training location, typically a lecture hall or classroom to attend the training.

Online corporate training services are flexible. A trainer can offer support via call, email, or a chat system. online training, it is typically carried out during office hours and doesn't offer much flexibility.

Another difference is that any number of employees can be trained at a time online. However, only a limited number of employees can be trained offline.

Employees getting trained online will need to have a good internet connection and experience with technology. Tech glitches can also kick participants out of the meeting room. On the other hand, employees do not need to worry about technical issues during online training, but all employees may not receive a standardized learning experience as the trainers can differ.
